This build will be a lot more powerful in later levels when we can fill up the int stat. As of now to get some damage out of it, its gonna cost a lot of good gear/ time consuming gear to make / farm. If you would like to you can just use it as pure breaker with lower damage, its really up to you.

There are many builds on youtube for bow and I bet you all were overwhelmed when you saw those expensive star gems and Equipments.
Today, I LordBolt of Winterfell :v brought you an amazing bow build which will overwhelm every other bow builds on game.
This build is money friendly and does amazing damage, my jaw fell when I saw its damage at lv107 (It did 870k with cross fire xD on yeti).
The following will make all mages out of order in long battles.
meh this is first time I am posting something this long on forums and I have no idea how to decorate it and stuff
LETS GET STARTED!
Weapon : Bow + Arrow
Stats : 255 DEX 237 STR ( no need to add crit anymore )

This Skill Gives AMPR and adds extra damage to basic attacks for limited time

Advanced Evasion 10

Combos:

1. Moeba Shot > Impact (save) >Decoy Shot (swift) > War Cry (cons) 1mp
Cast this once the tank/fighter gets aggro to get endless mana.
2. Impact > Snipe (Smite) > Quick Aura (swift) or Finale (smite) 4 mp
Classic Combo fire it after every 4-6 basic attacks when cross fire charges.
3. Kaikiri Ranshin > Cross Fire (Smite) 2mp
The Burst Combo to be only used once cross fire is charged atleast 4 charges, Kaikiri will give it amazing boost
4. CrossFire 4mp
Not really a combo but recommended to use it manually before firing.
5. Brave Aura 4mp
Cast this whenever you feel like its safe to, Brave Aura will increase your damage alot
Weapons and Crysta:
4th Anniv Bow IX with 180+ attack and atleast +C or higher refined
Stats: Atk +7%, Critical Damage +19, Critical Rate + 19%, Critical Rate +19
or
Atk +7% Critical Damage + 19 Critical Damage + 3/4 % Critical Rate + 19
Xtal: Gangleaf>Tyrant Machina and Gwaimol/Greciafor second slot
Cheap version: Dex +4/MP +250
Sub Weapon:Chimera Arrow for neutral Boss
All The Elemental Arrows for elemental Boss
(Fire<Water<Wind<Earth<Fire || Dark>Light>Dark)
Any Armor with +C refine
stats: Full Crit +18 or +19 recommended
Xtal: Ifrid is a must for mana and for second slot Iconos/Ornlarf for hp or Mom Fluck for more mana
Cheap Version: MP+250
Add Gear:
Shaved Ice Hat
Xtal: Proto Leon and for second slot York/Guignol
Cheap Version: MP+250/Dex +4
Or
Cursed Hood of Death +D or higher
Xtal: Gespenst II and Guignol for second slot
Cheap Version: Dex+4
Ring:
Dex Talisman IV or Machina Talisman for 2 slots
Xtals: Tapir and Deniala for AMPR or Tapir and York/Guignol
Cheap Version: MP+250/Dex +4​

Toram Online Best Breaker Build

Buffs and Potions:
1. Vita Plus 3 and Lyark Tranquilizer together will give +2500 hp
2. Giga Speed Potion/Tera Speed Potion
4. Power Candy for +40 and +4% attack
