- Prevent Windows® App Access to User Account Information
Apps with access to your User Account data can use your username, picture, and other account details in ways that could compromise your privacy. This feature turns off Windows app access to this data. - Disable Cortana/Start Menu Search Suggestions
In order to auto-complete your typed searches with suggestions, Windows closely monitors your computer activity and reports to Microsoft detailed data on recently accessed documents, apps and websites. This feature prevents such reporting. - Disable Handwriting Recognition
Windows 10 automatically engages handwriting recognition when it detects a stylus is in use. Handwriting patterns are then sent to the Microsoft cloud for analysis. If the cloud data is breached, as it was for 250 million customers in January, hackers may acquire and fraudulently use your signature. Easily turn off this default setting within Privacy Guardian.
