This is the worth expérience I have ever had. This stupid English speaking guy at the réception made me come all the way from Thailand for an MRI, once I got there he tells me that the machine is broken, and wouldn’t even help me find an other hospital that offer the same services. Meanwhile all the women réceptionniste where giggling like proper turkeys. One start is even way to much for this place.

Everybody were very helpful and friendly. The doctor could provide us with the correct information and medicine. And they could communicate in English.

I was very sick during my stay in Vientiane and a friend recommend me to visit the Newlife hospital. My doctor was very attentive and thorough. The equipments of the hospital were surprisingly of higher standard as compared to other hospital in Vientiane but the prices of labs and procedures were by no way expensive. When asked about their diagnostic procedures (because it seems there are only a few doctors), the doctor told me they have an extensive network with other hospitals and specialists to provide rapid consultation on special subjects. In my case, the diagnostic was arrhythmia caused by low serum potassium and other combined factors. Thanks the clinic, I could recover quickly. The friendly doctor also took time to work out a diet and exercise plan, which I still follow. It helps me greatly to maintain my health since. I highly recommend their professional service.

The Clinic has few doctors (two) who have lack of communication. in addition to that the clinic needs to work on cleanliness in hospital seriously. Staff members can not speak english. So when you ask them something in English they give you an attitude discourteously.
